Sourcing Sandals Wholesale: What Actually Matters When You're Buying in Bulk
Paylaşmak
Every sandals wholesale supplier says the same three things: premium quality, fast shipping, great prices. None of it tells you anything useful. So let's skip the pitch and talk about what actually separates a supplier worth working with from one that'll waste three months of your time.
The MOQ wall
Most suppliers want a commitment of a few hundred or a few thousand pairs before they'll even give you a real quote. Fine if you're a big-box retailer. Not fine if you're testing a new style, stocking a small boutique, or just don't want to tie up cash in inventory you're not sure will move.
We don't require a minimum order at all. Ten pairs to test a style, ten thousand to restock a season — same process either way.
International shipping is where deals usually fall apart
Plenty of manufacturers are good at making the product and bad at getting it to you. Customs paperwork gets mishandled. Lead times get quoted optimistically and then missed. And often nobody tells you anything's wrong until the shipment's already late and you're the one explaining it to your own customers.
We ship internationally as a normal part of the business, not as a special arrangement, and we handle the documentation and logistics ourselves so that part isn't on you.
Language gets overlooked more than it should
A buyer in Warsaw or Riyadh or Madrid shouldn't have to negotiate sizing, materials, and shipping terms in their second or third language and just hope nothing got lost along the way. Our team works with customers in multiple languages, so a question gets answered clearly the first time instead of after three back-and-forth emails trying to clarify what someone meant.
A few questions worth asking any wholesale supplier before you order
- Does the MOQ change depending on style or material?
- Who's actually handling customs and duties — you, or them?
- Can you get a sample before committing to a full order?
- What's the process if something arrives late or damaged?
- Is there someone who can talk to you in your own language if a problem comes up?
If a supplier gets vague on any of these, that's worth paying attention to.
We've been making footwear for over a decade now, and honestly the suppliers we've respected most were never the ones with the fanciest catalog — they were the ones who made ordering simple. No MOQ, real shipping support, and people who can actually understand you when something goes wrong. That's the standard we're trying to hold ourselves to here.
If you're thinking about stocking sandals this season, reach out — happy to talk sizing, materials, or just send a sample so you can see the quality before committing to anything bigger.
